Cancellation & Refund Policy
At AllERP.in, we provide live 1-on-1 product demonstrations, free trials, and onboarding walkthroughs before any payment is made. This policy outlines the terms governing subscription cancellations and refunds for our cloud software solutions.
1. Free Trial & Live Demo Policy
We encourage all prospective clients (Schools, Coaching Institutes, Libraries, and Businesses) to thoroughly test our software during the free live demo phase to evaluate features, reporting, and compatibility before committing to a paid plan.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Initial Setup & Subscription Fees: If an institution cancels their initial setup within 7 days of payment and setup onboarding has not commenced, a full refund (minus gateway transaction processing charges) will be issued.
- Unresolved Technical Issues: If a paid service cannot be delivered or deployed due to a verified technical failure on AllERP’s end that our technical team cannot resolve within 7 working days, a pro-rata refund will be processed.
- Custom Graphics & Digital Downloads: Digital graphic bundles (PSD/CDR poster kits) or customized printing orders once downloaded or dispatched are non-refundable.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Institutions may request cancellation of their ongoing subscription at any time by contacting our support desk at least 7 days prior to their next renewal billing cycle. Account access will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source account (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 working days from the date of refund approval.
