Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the AllERP cloud software suite.
Terms of Service & License Agreement
By registering, purchasing, or using any software module, portal, or website service provided by AllERP.in ("AllERP", "We", "Us"), your institution ("User", "Subscriber", or "Client") agrees to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Software License & Access
Subject to timely fee payment, AllERP grants your institution a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our cloud ERP platform (School ERP, Coaching ERP, Library ERP, ID Card Maker, Poster Studio, and HRMS) for your internal administrative purposes.
2. Account Credentials & Security
Institutions are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Admin, Staff, Teacher, Student, and Parent login credentials. Any activity performed under an institution’s authorized credentials shall be deemed the responsibility of that institution.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from AllERP portals.
- Use SMS or WhatsApp integration modules for sending illegal, spam, abusive, or unauthorized broadcast messages.
- Interfere with system performance, bypass authorization protocols, or overload cloud server resources.
4. Subscription, Billing & Renewals
ERP subscriptions, cloud hosting, and module licenses are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as agreed upon during setup. Subscriptions must be renewed on or before the due date to ensure continuous access to live portals and automated backups.
5. Service Availability & Support SLA
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for all cloud portals. Scheduled server maintenance is performed during non-peak hours with prior notification. Support is available via phone, email, and WhatsApp during working hours (Mon – Sat: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM).
6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to AllERP services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad, Bihar, India.
